These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, platform, and services offered by VERIDIONQ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“VeridionQ”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Services

VeridionQ provides background verification and related compliance services including but not limited to:

  • Identity verification
  • Aadhaar verification
  • PAN verification
  • Employment verification
  • Education verification
  • Address verification
  • Criminal record verification where legally permissible
  • Database and document verification
  • Compliance screening
  • Digital verification workflows

All services are subject to applicable laws, candidate authorization, and operational feasibility.

2. Eligibility

Users accessing our services represent that they:

  • Have legal authority to use the services
  • Are authorized representatives where acting on behalf of organizations
  • Will provide accurate and lawful information
  • Will comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients using VeridionQ services agree to:

  • Obtain valid consent and authorization from candidates
  • Use reports only for lawful employment or compliance purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of verification reports
  • Avoid discriminatory or unlawful usage of verification information
  • Provide accurate information and documentation
  • Comply with all applicable labour, privacy, and employment laws

Clients remain solely responsible for employment decisions.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Cooperate during verification processes
  • Not impersonate or misrepresent identity

Submission of false information may result in adverse verification findings.

5. Pricing and Payments

A. Per-Check Pricing

VeridionQ operates on a per-check pricing model. Each verification component constitutes a separate billable service. Examples include:

  • Aadhaar verification – charged separately
  • PAN verification – charged separately
  • Employment verification – charged separately for each employer
  • Education verification – charged separately for each institution
  • Address verification – charged separately

Charges are applicable individually for every verification check initiated.

B. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
  • Taxes, GST, transaction fees, and statutory levies shall be additional where applicable.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • VeridionQ reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Refunds

Once a verification process has been initiated, fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of VeridionQ and subject to operational and commercial considerations.

7. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround timelines are indicative only. Actual completion timelines may vary depending on:

  • Response from institutions or employers
  • Government processing timelines
  • Candidate cooperation
  • Geographic limitations
  • Technical or operational dependencies

VeridionQ shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties.

8. Report Accuracy and Disclaimers

Verification reports are based on information available from third-party sources and records. VeridionQ:

  • Does not guarantee absolute accuracy of third-party data
  • Is not responsible for errors originating from external entities
  • Does not make employment recommendations
  • Does not certify candidate suitability

Clients should independently evaluate all verification outcomes before making decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, reports, workflows, and platform materials are the intellectual property of VeridionQ unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

Users agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Verification reports
  • Candidate information
  • Business processes
  • Pricing and commercial information
  • Proprietary platform features

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without lawful authorization.

11. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • Use services for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Misuse candidate information
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

VeridionQ reserves the right to suspend access for violations.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • Payment gateways
  • CRM systems
  • Cloud providers
  • Communication tools
  • Government or database services

VeridionQ is not responsible for third-party platform availability or functionality.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law:

  • VeridionQ's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant verification service.
  • VeridionQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or special damages.
  • VeridionQ shall not be liable for employment or business decisions made by clients.

14. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeridionQ from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unlawful processing activities
  • False information submitted
  • Regulatory or legal violations by clients

15. Force Majeure

VeridionQ shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet outages
  • Cyber incidents
  • Labour disputes
  • Technical failures

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services:

  • For breach of these Terms
  • For unlawful activities
  • For payment defaults
  • For misuse of the platform

Termination shall not affect accrued rights or obligations.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

18. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution of disputes.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Chennai in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.

19. Modifications

VeridionQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.
